Nation to Nation this week speaks with Beaverhouse First Nation Chief Marcia Brown Martel, the lead plaintiff in Ontario’s 60s Scoop case about a major legal victory this week.

Cree NDP MP Romeo Saganash speaks with Nation to Nation about his push to change the name of the building housing the Prime Minister’s Office and his growing disillusionment with the government of Justin Trudeau.

The Nation to Nation panel also returns to discuss the 60s scoop ruling fallout.

    As survivors, we have a number of concerns. therefore we will have a rally on Feb 25th in T.O at Queens Park to express those concerns in support of the 60’s scoop survivors.

    Well I,d like to say congrat,s . I,m not really sure how long I was with Children,s s Aid in Winnipeg,but I do remember I had to grow up fast to fend off (sorry i,m a bit bitter) =ssHoles.What I realized last winter when I went to a pow-wow, in Winfield (Kelowna), I saw all kinds of wonderful traditions,crafts,talents,,,,,,ways of life that I missed out on, being brought up in a middle class non aboriginal family,which i love.I,m really sorry i missed out on my culture.Who knows I could of been a awesome caver,hoop dancer artist.Thank-you for fighting for us.
