My son contacted this disease as a six month old baby, and the first sign was I took him to the doctor because he had flu like smytoms, but they too thought it was the flu and was sent home that about early afternoon, by late afternoon he seems like he was comatose, we rush him to hospital, where a doctor recognized what it was , because he had a patient in another hospital with this disease, they gave a fifty-five chance for survival that night, but Praise God he heal my babyboy , now he is all grow up ,

Why is it that the systems only speak out or do anything only after a tragedy happens/tragedies are predictable +probable +the medical systems know things are very possible but yet do not do serious preventative public education etc eg until after a death or many critical incidents/Preventative Public Education is always important
