Nunavut Premier learns of Trudeau’s arctic drilling ban moments before announcement

It was a move environmentalists celebrated. On December 20, 2016, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced an indefinite ban on drilling for oil in the arctic.

The news came as a surprise to many.

Including officials in Nunavut.

    All I can say is WOW.
    PMT again, part of the elitist agenda is to sequester any activity that would have developed Nunavut as it’s own entity, fiscally of course.

    PMT and his entourage would rather keep a developing province under the constraint of federal assistance, to forbid it to not be able to responsibly develop it’s own natural resources, what a pattern of wretched waste the PM’s office is leaving behind.

    And spineless as well, informing a premiere only 20-minutes prior so that any form of rebuke is near impossible and why not says the PM’s office. I suspect as always, keep people just above poverty level, throw them enough bones from time to time to keep them happy, and in another 2.5 years people will want to vote them in yet again. Wake up CANADA, you are filled with passive zombies.
