Suzanne Patles is one of 89 people named in the RCMP intelligence report on Indigenous activists dubbed Project Sitka.

And Patles says she doesn’t mind at all.

She was heavily involved in resisting the fracking exploration by an American company near Elsipogtog First Nation in New Brunswick three years ago.

  1. Miles Howe says:

It’s not a report on Indigenous activists. See page eight of actual report, quote: “These identified individuals are both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal with links to organizations that support Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal events…”

It’s a report that builds profiles on 89 Indigenous rights activists, ‘rights’ being a key word missing from the above blurb.
