Feds, Ottawa meet to push forward on a grievance that dates back to the 1870s

Carolyn Bennett left the Liberal convention early Friday to head across town for a meeting with Manitoba Métis Federation.

The meeting was scheduled to help push forward an irritant that has been around for nearly 150 years.
