Jury in Katelynn Sampson case in Toronto makes 173 recommendations to put children first

After hearing from more than 40 witness, sorting through thousands of pages of evidence, the inquest into the death of seven year old Katelynn Sampson has come to an end.

After much deliberation, the Coroner’s jury released its recommendations calling for major changes.
