Judge orders out Site C protesters to allow construction of dam

A British Columbia judge has ruled that protesters who have set up came at an old fur trading post must vacate area.

This move is expected to make way for the controversial Site C dam construction.

APTN was as the courthouse to get reaction from leaders and protesters.

    There was some coverage on a similar topic the ladies message was although the duty to “ÇONSULT” is met “CONSENT” is also a legal requirement that must be met in terms of Indigenous Territories.
