Three judges on an Alberta Appeals court will decide the fate of a Cree woman Tuesday in Calgary.
Connie Oakes is currently serving a life sentence for a murder, she says, she didn’t commit.
Her family, who lives in Saskatchewan, believes she is innocent as well.
And they’ve loaded up a van and are making the long trip to the city for her hearing.
