A well known community activist in Winnipeg has announced that she is running in the upcoming Manitoba election.

Althea Guiboche, also known in the city as the “Bannock Lady” hopes to win a seat for the Liberals.

But as APTN’s Shaneen Robinson reports, she has some tough competition.
