After 100 years of being cut off, Shoal Lake #40 reacts to getting its own road

It was cut off from the mainland 100 years ago so the City of Winnipeg could have fresh water.

But today, federal Minister of Indigenous Affairs Carolyn Bennett announced that is about to change.
