Indigenous people six times more likely to be killed in a homicide: Stats Can

Statistics Canada has released its 2014 homicide study.

The eight page report offers characteristics from police-reported homicides, including information about victims and accused.

For the first time ever, the data also reports whether or not victims and accused are Aboriginal.
