President of Manitoba Metis disappointed after provincial throne speech

The head of Manitoba’s Metis Federation says the province should change the name of Aboriginal Affairs to something else.

David Chartrand’s comments come after Manitoba’s Lieutenant Governor-General delivered the speech from the throne, a ceremony where the government outlines its priorities for the upcoming sitting of the legislature.
