First Nations childrens advocate in Manitoba fasting over “broken” child welfare system

Manitoba’s advocate for First Nations children has set up a teepee and is on a four day fast to bring attention to the province’s “broken” child welfare system.

Cora Morgan started her fast on the front lawn of the Manitoba legislature in Winnipeg.
