All eyes were on Ottawa Friday.
RCMP Comm. Bob Paulson was appearing before a Parliamentary committee examining Bill C-51, the government’s anti-terrorism laws.
He brought him with a cell phone video made just before a soldier was shot and killed at the National War Memorial in Ottawa.
The attack led to this much criticized bill.
