Crown prosecutors are asking the British Columbia Supreme Court to designate a man convicted of several sex offenses as a dangerous offender.

Crown prosecutors are asking the British Columbia Supreme Court to designate a man convicted of several sex offenses as a dangerous offender.

Martin Temblay was convicted in 2003 of sexual assault. In 2010 he was convicted of two counts of criminal negligence causing death and several other charges.

    I take offense with the photo being used by APTN! A digital image posted online is forever. The victims have already seen this monster in the worst light and their faces should not be seen along side their tormenter! I am referring to the image link shared on Facebook to this story!

  2. Do we really have to label him to know this…..drugging and killing is dangerous. Death penalty advocate here.
