University of Ottawa honours Kitigan Zibi elder William Commanda

An elder from Kitigan Zibi in Quebec is being remembered by the university of Ottawa.

Willam Commanda was well known for his wisdom and dedication to his people.

And now the faculty of arts building is named after him.
