Harper government aiming guns at First Nation tobacco trade, say stakeholders

Bill C10 – it’s the omnibus crime bill and an amendment in introduced late last year deals with trafficking contraband tobacco.

It’s something that some say could land First Nations tobacco manufactures in jail.

So stakeholders and lawyers met in Six Nations to talk about their concerns.
