A war of words around Jordan’s Principle: Bennett says ‘not paying is not an option’

There is a war of words going back and forth between the federal liberals and conservatives.

And the subject is a disabled young man in Nova Scotia.

On a blog post, Liberal MP Carolyn Bennett is calling shame on Canada’s handling of a Jordan’s principle case in the province.

Last year Maurina Beadle and her son Jeremy won their fight to have the federal government pay for care.

But the government is appealing that decision.
