Woman fights for her son’s rights at the Canadian Human Rights Commission

Four years after she filed a complaint with the Canadian Human Rights Commission a Manitoba woman has finally received a reply.

Harriet Sumner-Pruden’s 11-year-old son lives with special needs.

Sumner- Pruden says she’s been denied the help she needs to care for him so she’s filed her complaint on the basis of Jordan’s principle.
