Now Aboriginal schools are beginning to reclaim what they have lost, none more so than the Mi’kmaq of Nova Scotia.

Tonight APTN starts a three part series looking into how the Mi’kmaq reclaimed their education.

APTN National News reporter Ossie Michelin begins this series with a visit to Eskasoni, on Cape Breton Island.
