Alberta First Nations react to refinery rejection

Over 47 First Nations in Alberta would have been part of the Alberta First Nations Energy Center, and would have stood to gain a significant amount of income from the $6.6-billion dollar, First Nations-owned bitumen refinery project that was rejected by the Alberta government this week.

Many are not happy with the government’s decision, and they share their reactions with APTN National News reporter Noemi LoPinto.
