In situations like this, I want to know who is responsible for the quality of the drinking water.  Governments pin-point at eachother as to who’s responsible for the water quality.  Because it’s FN people, Health Canada is pointed at.  But because the water is coming from a natural source (body of water), Environment Canada is pointed to…..It was mentioned in a meeting involving senate members, that the “qualified” people who build/engineer water systems are at the provincial/municipal levels…not the federal level.  So….who’s held accountable??????
