I really sympatied with the older gentleman who said the apology was empty. If they really wanted to fix things they would offer very survivor EDUCATION – no what where in canadanno age restriction, no budget recriction not like SA, nEducation with living expenses and then really say thank you we are so sorry for our neglagence in your education previouslly.nu00a0please accept your oppurtunity to study what ever u would like all expenses paid including a laundry and entertainment allowance.nThis would go a long way. My husband died after the hearing and before the money and the goverment couldn’t even get his name right an the apology letter.nHow neglagent and uncare after all the hoops.. birth certificate etc..oh can’t find your school records. Why wasn’t the name on the apolagy letter the same as on the birth certificate we had to submit. These things I ponder. as always epone
