Blackstone actress Ashley Callingbull received some good news this week.
Callingull, an actress and model from Enoch Cree Nation in Alberta, is now a finalist for the Miss World Canada pageant.
Only 20 women are picked by the Miss World Canada board.
Callingbull says she’s excited to represent her nation at Miss World Canada.
She’ll be taking her mother to the competition in Vancouver because it takes place on Mother’s Day on May 13.
Callingbull plays the character of Sheila Delaronde in the APTN hit series Blackstone.
