For most, the New Year is a time of resolutions and new beginnings.
But for 60s scoop survivors in Ontario, they’re being forced to walk down a path they’ve been down before.

whats new? the Canadian governmentu00a0and the justice dept doing what they’ve been doing for the last 500 years,u00a0as they please! It’s a sad state of affairs we live in as First Nations people of this country, a country at one time we called ours! a country we humbly and respectfullyu00a0welcomedu00a0those from across the big water to come here and visit, and this is what we get letting them stay! our natural resources from top and bottom stolen from us, as well as our language, our culture, our, traditions, our children, and the many lives because of greed, power and control, and the reason why this is still happening today is because we as First Nationu00a0have allowed it to happen, it’s because of our piss poor leadership! I could go on and on but what’s the point, as long as those in First Nations leadership get their travel, meal and honorariums tou00a0finance their addictions: ie Bingo, Casinos, alcohol and drugs, to hell with the Attawapiskat’s communites of this country we use to call KANATA.u00a0
