Northern food subsidy program continues to face criticism

Nutrition North is a program designed to help Northerners deal with the high cost of food.

But those Northerners are becoming more skeptical about the program, so much so that its launch has been pushed back to October 2012.

Now, in the middle of the grace period, APTN National News reporter Kent Driscoll looks at what the program promises and what it doesn’t.
