Rampant Winnipeg crime leaving residents in fear

Winnipeg is known as the crime capital of Canada.

So far this year there have been 31 homicides.

Now a stabbing spree is causing alarm for some folks living in the inner city which is an area that has a high number of Aboriginal residents.
