Critics are saying it is another example of why cops should not investigate cops.

Last April, a rookie Prince George RCMP officer Tasered an 11 year-old boy.

The shocking incident was given to the West Vancouver police to investigate and yesterday the officer involved was exonerated.

Very few details were released and today, feeling the heat, the West Vancouver police chief was on the defensive.
