Allegations surface federal northern food subsidy program product of backroom deals

Nunavut’s legislative assembly just wrapped up two days of hearings about Nutrition North, which is the food subsidy for northern communities.

As APTN National News reporter Kent Driscoll reports, the smallest retailer on the witness list was making some of the biggest claims bout the program.
