SASKATOON–The RCMP is apologizing to the family of a First Nations woman from northern Saskatchewan.
Last April, the car she was travelling in with three others became stuck in the mud on an isolated logging road.
They called 911 for help, but it was never sent.
She died trying to find assistance for her cousin and two young sons.
